With evolution in use starting with the air and porcelain or glass insulators for the overhead electrical systems, insulating oil in electrical transformers, insulating gas in switchgear and solid insulation for various cables. Such a insulation that have been used since the past is necessary to be developed, improved, and changed to reduce the impact on the environment. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nowadays many countries have announced for the carbon neutrality policy and plan to stop using green house gases in electrical equipment leads the manufacturers of electrical equipment to develop and introduce the green insulation to reduce the global warming from the destruction of the atmosphere causing and the increasing of the amount of carbon dioxide. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Therefore, the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has a policy and strategy to aim for carbon neutrality and sustainability. He graduated from King Mongkut University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in Thailand with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng.EE) in 1994 and King Mongkut University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) in Thailand with Master\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering (M.Eng.EE) in 2007 and Doctoral Degree in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D.EE) in 2014.<\/span><\/h4><h4><span class=\"fontstyle0\" style=\"color: #000000;\">He started his career as an Electrical Engineer with Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) in 1997. He worked in the Engineering Department for 13 years carrying out engineering, technical specification formation, testing inspection, and failure analysis of electrical equipment. He also has experience in power system analysis, reliability and power quality. He is one of PEA\u2019s experts for factory acceptance tests of electrical equipment and has experiences with factories in locally and abroad. He has since moved to maintenance, with responsibilities for preventive maintenance and asset management of power systems and equipment.
